Kimberly Wybenga, CPSM, is a seasoned business development and marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience in the construction and engineering services industries. She has held key roles with LSE Builders, Mark Young Construction, URS/AECOM, and Alutiiq, where she built a strong track record of driving strategic growth, cultivating client relationships, and elevating brand presence across diverse markets. Possessing a cumulative 15 years of industry experience, Kimberly has actively contributed to various professional committees, including A4LE, AIA, BD Guild, Carbon Valley Chamber of Commerce, and SMPS.

Throughout her career, Kimberly has garnered remarkable accolades, including receiving the prestigious Business Developer of the Year 2022 by SMPS CO, recognized as one of the ENR Mountain States 2021 Top Young Professional award winners, and being named SMPS CO Unicorn Marketer Award in April 2020. Notably, she has played a pivotal role in securing esteemed industry awards for her firm, including SMPS MEA and MCA awards, and has additionally served as a distinguished judge for the SMPS National MCA Awards for the past three years.

A Colorado native, Kimberly balances her professional pursuits with a passion for adventure and exploration. Outside of work, she enjoys engaging in a variety of activities, including traveling, scuba diving, event hosting, fostering connections among peers, and embracing new experiences. Kimberly recently fulfilled a cherished childhood dream by embarking on a journey to Fiji, where she seized the opportunity to partake in the exhilarating Cathedral Shark Dive, an unforgettable encounter with approximately 50 sharks.
